Vektra Logic is led by Arik Dadon, a veteran CTO and VP of R&D with more than 25 years of software engineering leadership. His career has been spent in the part of the industry where systems have to actually run: regulated fintech platforms, medical devices, real estate technology and supply chain operations.

Scaling organizations to 150+ engineers teaches a specific lesson — architecture and organization are the same problem viewed from two angles. Teams ship quickly when ownership boundaries match deployable units, and slowly when everything requires consensus. That lesson shapes how every Vektra Logic engagement is scoped.

The move into AI was deliberate rather than opportunistic: a 275-hour Certified Data Scientist program at Bar-Ilan University, followed by hands-on work building agentic systems, modern data layers and evaluation harnesses for production workloads.

The result is a studio that can sit in an executive room in the morning and in a pull request in the afternoon — and mentor the team that inherits the system afterwards.
